AI

Artificial Intelligence VS Human Intelligence:

Artificial Intelligence:
-> Artificial Intelligence(AI) is the study and design of intelligent agent, These particular agents have ability or capacity to analyze its surrounding enviroment and perform actions which maximizes the success rate and increase the efficiency of any task to be performed or carried out. It is only possible due to the study of Computer Science, psychology, neuroscience, economics, control theory, scheduling,  data mining and many others.

Human Intelligence:
-> Human Intelligence(HI) is simply defined as the quality of the mind that is made up of capabilities to learn from past activities and experiences adaptation of new situations, analyzing capacity and ability to fit in different environments. Human intelligence can provide several kind of information. It can provide data on things about which the subject has specific knowledge which can be another human subject or in the case of defectors and spies, sensitive information to which they have access.

Some facts about Human Mind:
    Weight           : 1.4 KG(3 Pounds)
        Space            : 80 cubic inches
Speed            : Upto 1,000,000 trillion operations per second
    Energy Efficiency     : 20 Watts

Impact of AI on future of Jobs and economy:
a. Automation of tasks across a broad range of industries transformed from manual to digital,
b. It opens up and breeds new industries and opportunities for work force and welcome new opportunities,
c. Productivity and participation can be increased within the organization,
d. Professionals will have more  time to focus on thinking, delivering creative and innovative solutions and actions that are beyond the reach of AI etc.

Advantages of Artificial Intelligence over Human Intelligence:
1. AI system can perform same task hundred times faster than HI,
2. AI do not involve Biased opinions on decision making process,
3. High Accuracy than HI,
4. Continuous Operational Ability etc.

Also Human Intelligence is superior in some aspects than AI:
1. Energy Efficient,
2. Universal,
3. Multi-tasking,
4. Complex movements,
5. Course of creation and development etc.

Will AI Replace Human Intelligence?
->>  In some extent AI is leading Human Work better in some fields but it doesnot mean every tasks are handled by AI perfectly due to the following reasons:
  •     Human Intelligence is the product of millions of years of learning and fine tuning,
  •     Human Intelligence includes interpersonal and intrapersonal Intelligence which enables humans to compile and execute emotions, Judgements and so on,
  •     AI is a replicated version of HI and require several times more resource, data, information and also investigation to be able to completely mimic the HI or becomes superior to it.
  •     AI isn't smart enough to do creative work like human as AI is also the creation of Human Intelligence.

Reverse Domain Naming as an Identity Scheme: Uniqueness Without Governance

Introduction Reverse domain name notation writing identifiers like com.example.app instead of app.example.com has become a de facto standard for naming software packages and applications. This convention is pervasive across programming ecosystems and platforms, from Java class packages to Android app IDs and iOS bundle identifiers. It was adopted to ensure global uniqueness and avoid naming collisions without requiring a central authority. However, reverse-DNS naming was never backed by formal regulation or ownership verification . In practice, any developer can choose any reverse domain string for their software, regardless of whether they own that Internet domain. This gap between implied and actual ownership creates security and trust challenges that attackers can exploit. Threat model:   Adversaries can abuse the assumed trust in domain-based names by impersonating brands or organizations in their identifiers. For example, a malicious Android app could declare a packa...

HTB Touch - Full Writeup (Easy Windows, Season 12)

Buy Me a Coffee Enjoying the writeup? Support the work. Season 12, Easy Windows. Finished it in an evening. Learned more than I expected. I finished the Touch machine on Hack The Box last night. It is rated Easy, and honestly, it earns that rating. There is no memory corruption, no exotic bug, no clever bypass that makes you feel like a wizard. What it has instead is a chain of small, believable mistakes that stack on top of each other until you are sitting on a SYSTEM shell wondering how you got there. That is why I wanted to write about it. Not because the box is hard, but because it is real. The Setup Touch is a Windows box themed around an airport. It picks up a thread from the earlier Layover machine, where you uncover a passenger name and a booking reference that you then reuse here. That small continuity detail is a nice touch, and it mirrors how real attackers actually operate. They rare...

Android vs iPhone Security: Why No System is 100% Secure

When I went to the CYBERUS Spring School in early April 2025 (April 7–11, 2025, at Université Bretagne Sud in Lorient, France), one of the topics we talked about was the age old query: Which phone is safer, the  iPhone or the  Android ? The conversations were instructive to me as a security enthusiast. We discussed technical ideas like mobile app sandboxing and even how two apps from the same developer could access data in spite of platform security measures. The discussions underlined an important realization I've had over the years: while IOS and Android both have robust security mechanisms, neither is completely impenetrable. In this essay, I'll provide a professional (but hopefully easy-to-read) analysis of Android vs iPhone security, interspersed with my own viewpoints, demonstrating why no system can claim perfect security. Security by Design: IOS and Android Approaches Apple's IOS and Google's Android have fundamentally different approa...
